Kuzina (9 Adrianou Street, Thissio, Athens) – this is a trendy Greek restaurant that’s as aesthetically pleasing to the eye, as the Greek dishes typically served here. The interior space is drenched in white (like Greek island homes) with rustic elements, while the restaurant’s open kitchen gives patrons an added appreciation of the meals they’re about to consume. Along with the restaurant, Kuzina also has an art gallery on its second floor, as well as the “Tarazza” roof bar that’s a hit with diners, because of its view of the Acropolis. Many patrons go to the roof bar just for drinks and socializing.

It combines a prime location with stylish renovated spaces and the high quality of Greek modern cuisine made by executive Chef Michael Ntounetas. Dishes served there include: Fresh salmon with quinoa real, scallion, lemon and soy sprouts; Grilled marinated chicken fillet with gruyere gnocchi and yam puree; and Slow-cooked lamb with orzo in its bouillon sauce and feta cheese foam (among other meals). The filet served here is considered of premium quality (to be served with a divine béarnaise sauce, along with a delicious duck with orange dish. The Crepes Suzette served here is unforgettable.
